14 Days of Prayer Part 2: Day 7

Good Afternoon Sisters,

Hallelujah!!! First day of Passover! Holy Spirit FIRE!!! It was burning last night in the hearts of God’s daughters. We are awake! We are your remnant! We praise you JESUS!!!

The Spirit of God filled the atmosphere last night!!! The anointing grows stronger each night. Waves and waves of God’s indescribable peace and glory washed over our hungry souls.  Stacy called me right after and said “THAT WAS AMAZING!!! I’ve never felt the presence of God like that.” And I believe the rain of His glory is just beginning! In other words we ain’t seen nothin’ yet! It keeps getting better and better as we go deeper in Him and with Him.

I absolutely LOVED Karen’s message last night on the Sequoia tree. She had a tiny seed in a communion cup that she showed to us. It was a seed from California that she had kept on her mantle for over a year. She compared our life as Christians to the mighty sequoia tree. (notes below) It’s amazing how God uses different things in our lives to teach us about Him and ourselves.

I also love Karen’s transparency. She is so genuine and real. She said that she had gotten dry over the past few weeks and was having trouble feeling the Lord’s presence. That happens to us all. It’s WHY we need one another. We can’t do this thing called “life” alone. She said these prayer calls have invigorated and refreshed her. God’s spirit has birthed a new fire in her.

You could definitely see the fire in her last night.

Thessolonians 5:11 says “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”  This scripture is KEY for the era we are entering...unified in spirit and love.

Today is day 7 of our “14 Days of Prayer”. Laura Hertzfeld will be leading.

Please reach out to neighbors, friends and family and invite them on the call. So many need hope and encouragement.

We look forward to praying with you.

Simply click HERE to join the meeting at 7pm.

Love,

Sherry :-)

Karen’s Notes:

I love Easter and am SO excited about this week and l know it’s kind

of a somber time in ways as we remember the passion of Christ

during this Easter season. I know that passion is the latin word for

suffering, and I'm not disputing that, yet I still believe it was Christ’s

passion for His creation that led Him to the cross.

Show the seed

I believe we can learn a lot from this little seed and what it’s potential

is. This is the seed of the mighty Sequoia tree.

I want to go over some facts about them

1. They have the thickest bark of any tree on earth

2. The bark is the thickest at the root

3. Get this one...they depend on forest fires to grow! The trees

themselves rarely burn, because their bark is at least 2 feet

thick!! The fires help to open the cone/seeds that have fallen on

the forest floor. Then the ashes from the fires become the most

perfect soil for the seeds to take root.

So they don’t get destroyed by the fire, they actually produce more!

Are you getting this ladies? The fires of life that take us by surprise will

only prove us in the Lord and encourage us to grow deeper in Him.

4. They are disease resistant! Sequoias have tannins within them

that fight off diseases. And if you drink tea or coffee you’ve got

tannins in you too! Now we know that the Holy Spirit is who goes

before us and fights for us and protects us. The corona virus is a

disease. Ladies, we are disease resistant.

5. They live to be very old!

6. They continue to grow throughout their existence, the day of their

death is the day they stop growing!

7. They do not get blown aways during storms because they grow

and stand together!

I want to read to you from Jeremiah 17:7-8

“Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord

is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth

out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her

leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought,

neither shall cease from yielding fruit”

And now from

1 Thes 5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other

up.

Ladies if this is not an encouragement to you l don’t know what is!

This is exactly what we are doing each night is growing together and

protecting each other! I’m so excited about this and as our old pastor

back home used to say if this doesn’t get your fire going, your woods

wet!

This little guy has been sitting on my mantle for over a year and l

recently brought it upstairs to use for a teaching lesson on confidence

for the women who follow me on my instagram business account, and

today when l saw it l believe the Lord gave me this for us tonight

Open it up to conversations and prayer requests

We are asking you to please be in prayer specifically for God to allow the exposure of

those who seek to conceal the truth and take advantage of this time of affliction.

The Lord had told me to remind my daughters who they are and their heritage and of the real authority we have because we are His children. He has given it to us to accomplish His purposes, without that authority we are spinning our wheels.

Psalm 121 will enrich your life today. Meditate on this excerpt: “I lift up my eyes to

the hills. From whence does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made

heaven and earth.
